Each level of coaching represents an increase in the amount of interaction, analysis, and ongoing adjustment of your training plan by your coach. All plans are completely custom made to your specific needs, goals, and lifestyle.

Service Levels and Pricing

Gold Level Package: For the serious athlete who wants to reach their true potential. An entire season is outlined in detail, and your program is monitored daily and in depth through the on-line coaching software, and personal contact with your coach. Adjustments are made directly as needed. You have unlimited access through email and calls. All aspects of the athlete are considered, from psychological testing to physical limiters, to race tactics and strategy.  This is the most efficient path to athletic success. Start-Up Fee is $250.00 includes one of the following specialty services- single VO2 test, basic bike fit, video analysis, functional threshold power test. $225.00 per 4 week training block, with a 12 week minimum commitment.

Silver Coaching Package: Our most popular coaching package. Training schedules often need to be adjusted as life intervenes. This level of coaching offers a high degree of flexibility in your training plan and is perfect for the busy athlete who would like to maximize their training time. The plan is completely customized to your needs, such as available weekly training hours, number of days per week available to train, ability level, limiters, race goals, etc., and your entire season is outlined in an annual training plan. Your plan is modified and adjusted weekly as needed to keep you moving forward as quickly and efficiently as possible. Unlimited emails and calls may be scheduled weekly by appointment as needed. Basic nutritional counseling is included as well as dietary software to monitor daily nutrition. Start-Up fee of $125.00; $175.00 per 4 week training block / $200 per 4 week training block for plan design and analysis using power with our certified power coaches.

Bronze Coaching Package: This level of coaching offers a fully customized, monitored, and specific training plan at a more economical price point. The Bronze level is for the athlete that does not need a lot of changes and modifications to their plan, and can train consistently, yet still wants to work under the direction and assistance of an expert coach. The plan is built in 4 week blocks according to your individual needs, goals, and ability. As with all levels of coaching the athlete keeps a daily log of their training, diet, and stress levels. At the end of the four week block the coach evaluates the athlete's progress and performance, discusses it with the athlete, and uses this data to create the next custom block of training. In the interim your coach is available via email for support and questions. Basic sport nutrition parameters are included and athlete has the ability to self monitor their diet. Includes annual training plan. Start-Up fee of $100.00; $125.00 per 4 week training block.
