Sport Factory athletes are granted exclusive access to our member's area with the following features...

Performance Testing: Detailed descriptions of Lactate Threshold Heart Rate tests are found here. Once completed the athlete submits test data online and it is immediately forwarded to their coach to set up accurate individual heart rate zones. Each athlete can track their progress in detail using performance tests.
Members Services: We have a wide range of services available to our athletes such as bike box / carrier rental, Computrainer rental, Zipp wheel rental, available at a very low cost. We also have a list of preferred medical service providers such as orthopeadists, massage therapists, chiropractors, and physical therapist that service our athletes at discounted rates.
Race Nutrition Plan / Race Recap : Pre-race the athlete can submit a race nutrition and pacing plan. It is essential that proper pacing, hydration, and caloric intake are properly outlined. After each race the athlete enters detailed race data. This is some of the most crucial information a coach can get and this ensures each race is a learning experience.
Evaluation Questionnaires: In order to improve an athlete you must first identify and evaluate the areas that need improving. Athlete questionnaires such as sport psychology, physical limiters, and end of season give the coach detailed information and help identify areas of growth.
Calculators: such as our sweat rate calculator give the athlete critical information needed to perform optimally.
Strength and Flexibility Programs : Sport specific strength work outs are available for the athlete to download and print out. Pictures and videos of stretches, functional strength exercises, and flexibility programs are also available. veiw sample video
Drills: Videos of prescribed run, bike, and transition drills are available in our members area.
Discounts and Links : Special exclusive discount are available to Sport Factory athletes through our preferred retailers.
Ask our Experts: The Sport Factory has an expert panel available for our athletes to ask questions on swmming, running, biking, gear selection, nutrition, and injury prevention.
