If you are a new athlete you must pay the start up fee in order to proceed to the consultation phase with your coach. Gold Level Training Block- $225 per 4 week block. Payment must be made in advance of custom plans being created.
Gold Level 12 weeks $675
Silver Level Start Up Fee $150- Your start up fee must be paid in advance of the start up consultation wth your coach. Once payment is received your training account will be set up in the coaching software, and you will be issued a user/pass. Your tri top will be mailed to you upon receipt of payment.
Silver Level Training Block- $175 per 4 week block. Payment must be made in advance of custom plans being created.
Silver Level 12 Weeks- $525
Silver Level With Power 12 Weeks- $600 Because power training requires an additional level of detail and analysis by one of our power certified coaches, there is slight upcharge.

Bronze Level Training Block - $125 per 4 week block. Payment must be made in advance of custom plans being created.
Bronze Level 12 Weeks- $375
