Your work outs are planned on your calendar 4 weeks in advance and are emailed in detail to you daily. You can also download your calendar to outlook or to your PDA.

Your job is to keep up your daily log. Virtually every aspect of the athlete can be quantified and entered here. After you complete your log data your work out turns a specific color based on your performance; ex. Green- for completed as prescribed, and an email of your data is automatically sent to your coach.

Track and graph just about any aspect of your daily log. This includes stress levels, sleep, resting heart rate, blood pressure, weight, and overall training effect.

We give you your personal dietary parameters in spreadsheet format. These include macro nutrient intake (protein, fat, carbohydrates, calories), and pre, event, and post event or work out nutrition. You can see how you stack up against these parameters by using the nutrition software. The nutrition software features an optional calorie scanner for scanning labels, meal log, food data base, nutrition report, and meal manager. You can also have our sports nutritionist analyze your data.
Meal Log (above)
Similar to the Daily Training Log, this is where you log your meals. Record simple notes manually or use the Meal Manager to search for detailed nutrition data to generate graphs and reports. Take the details of your favorite meals and turn them into templates to speed the process of entering future meals.
Calorie Scanner

Stop counting calories and start automating your Calorie Accounting! The Calorie Scanner turns the task of keeping tabs on your nutrition into an entertaining and engaging exercise of enlightenment.
Food Search

The Food Search gives you easy access to over 250,000 UPC coded items and includes pre-filled nutrition information for over 50,000 "Branded Foods" with UPCs. The search also gives you access to the entire 6000+ "Generic Foods" found in the USDA database. It also puts nutrition data from over a dozen of the country's most popular restaurant menus at your finger tips. Finally, new custom foods are available to the search, so the system grows through increased usage.
Nutrition Reports

If a picture is worth a thousand words, there's no telling what they'll say about this! Why bother counting calories when the Calorie Scanner makes them count themselves. See how your diet really stacks up with a number of different fully customizable reports and graphs.

You can submit your race report in the member area of The Sport Factory website. We use this track progress and direct your training more effectively. You can also record all your race data.
